Acknowledgment of Country

Collaborative Minds Network is based on unceded Aboriginal lands in so-called Australia and acknowledges that sovereignty was never ceded. The lands and waterways in which we love, play, work, sleep and live on, is and always will be, Aboriginal Land. We as individuals and workers acknowledge the brutal genocides and dispossession of Aboriginal people, and that colonisation is not historical events, but present day lived experiences. We believe in continuously educating ourselves and joining alongside First Nation’s resistance on oppression in so-called Australia and globally by centering Aboriginal led initiatives. We honour the Elders past and present whose wisdom endures.
